What the four numbers on your Finance page mean

Four numbers sit at the top of your Finance page, and only one of them is money you can move today. This is what each one is counting.
Available Balance
Available Balance, marked Ready to withdraw, is the settled money sitting in your account. This is the only one of the four you can act on. Withdrawals come out of this figure and nothing else.
Pending Settlements
Pending Settlements is the one that brings people to support, and the number under it tells you why: it shows how many orders are pending.
Payment on an order is held under Berkedai Protected until the order is delivered, then settled to you. So a pending figure is money that exists, belongs to you, and has not arrived yet, because the parcels it came from are still moving.
Nothing you press makes this faster. It moves when deliveries land. If a figure has been pending much longer than your usual delivery time, the thing to look at is the order, not the balance: a parcel that never arrived is a shipping problem wearing a money problem's clothes.
Total Withdrawn and Total Earned
These two are history, not balances.
Total Withdrawn, marked All time payouts, is everything you have ever taken out.
Total Earned, marked All time net revenue, is everything you have ever earned, after what the platform takes. Net, not what your buyers paid. It will read lower than the total of your order values, and that is the number doing its job rather than a figure going missing.
Why the four do not add up
They are not meant to. Available is now, Pending is coming, and the two totals are since you opened. An order appears in Pending, moves to Available when it is delivered and settled, then moves to Total Withdrawn when you take it out, and it was counted in Total Earned the whole time.
Where to look when a number surprises you
Open Transactions. It has two tabs, and the split matters.
To Settle is what Pending Settlements is made of, order by order. A row here reads Awaiting Release while the parcel is in transit. Dispute Pending means the buyer's bank is reviewing the charge, and that one is held until the review ends.
Settled is the history, and it is where you check a single order's arithmetic. Each row has a Breakdown, which opens to show how an order total became the amount that reached you. That is the right place to answer "why is this less than I expected", rather than guessing from the top of the page.
You can filter either tab by date, with This month, Last month and This year buttons, or a From and To range.
One habit
Check Pending against your own delivery times once a week, not once a quarter. A settlement stuck behind a parcel that never arrived is the only thing on this page that needs you, and the sooner you see it the easier it is to sort out.
