Reading your Store stats: views, orders, revenue and conversion
You shared your store link and now you want to know if anyone looked. Store stats answers that, and it answers the harder question too: are people not visiting, or visiting and not buying?
Where to find it
Open Marketing in the sidebar, then Store stats. The Marketing page also has a Store stats card: "See how many people visit your store and what they buy."
Only the store owner can open it. Staff do not see Marketing in the sidebar.

Pick a range
At the top are three buttons: 7 days, 28 days and 90 days. The range ends today and counts back. Days are counted in UTC, so a day on this page runs from 8am to 8am Malaysia time. If you check at 7am, yesterday's bar is still growing.
If nobody has visited and nothing has been ordered in the range, you see No visits yet and a Copy store link button.

The four cards
The figures below are from a demo store.

- Page views: every storefront page that loaded, added up. This counts pages, not people. One visitor who looks at five pages is five views.
- Online orders: paid orders from your online store. In-person Quick Sale orders are not counted.
- Revenue: product sales from those paid orders, before fees. Shipping is not included. This is not money in the bank. For what you actually receive, see what the four numbers on your Finance page mean.
- Conversion: online orders divided by page views, shown as a percentage. The demo store has 11 orders from 846 views, which is 1.30%. With no views it shows a dash.
Conversion divides by page views, not by visitors, so it comes out lower than a "visitors who bought" rate. Do not worry that 1.30% looks small.

Comparing with the last period
Under each figure is a chip such as "+20.5% vs previous 28 days". Conversion shows points instead, for example "+0.02 pts". If the last period had none and this one does, the chip reads New. If both are zero, there is no chip.
On 90 days, Page views and Conversion show "No comparison: views are kept for 90 days". Views are deleted after 90 days, so the 90 days before this period no longer exist. Online orders and Revenue still compare, because orders are kept. On 7 and 28 days, all four compare.

The daily chart
The Page views chart has one bar per day. Hover or tap a bar to see the date and the views for that day. Use it to see which days the link got attention, such as the day you posted it.
Views are counted in your visitors' browsers. Visitors who block tracking or use Do Not Track are not counted. Treat page views and conversion as a minimum: the real numbers are at least this.

Top pages
Below the chart, Top pages lists up to ten pages with the most views in the range. The columns are Page, Type and Views. Types are Home, Product, Category, All products, Cart, Policy and Other page. A product row shows the product's name and opens its edit page when you click it.

Is nobody visiting, or are they not buying?
Read the cards in order. Page views tell you whether people arrive. Online orders tell you whether they buy. Conversion puts the two together.
- Few page views, few orders. The shop is not being seen. The fix is outside the dashboard: put the link where buyers already are. How to start an online store in Malaysia, step by step covers that.
- Plenty of page views, few orders. People arrive and leave. Open Top pages and look at the products with many views and no sales. Check the price with shipping added, the photos and the description. Taking product photos with your phone and how to price your product help here.
- Orders up, views flat. More of your visitors are buying. Nothing to fix.
There is no "good" conversion rate to aim for, so compare your shop with its own last period, not with anyone else's.
Next step: open Store stats on 28 days and check Top pages.
