Adding your bank account, and what has to happen before you can withdraw

You see a balance, press withdraw, and nothing happens. Adding a bank account is one step. Being able to withdraw is another. This goes through both in order.
Step 1. Open Bank Accounts
Open Finance, then Bank Accounts, and press Add Bank Account. Only the store owner sees Finance.
Step 2. Enter the details
- Bank Name. Pick your bank from the list.
- Account Holder Name. The full name exactly as the bank has it.
- Account Number. Check every digit.
Press Submit for Verification.
Step 3. Wait for verification
The account now reads Pending Verification. Our team checks it. There is nothing more for you to do.
It then reads Verified, or Rejected with the reason. If it is rejected, press Resubmit and correct it. Check the holder name and every digit.
Note. While the account is pending, Withdraw Funds cannot be pressed. Add your account early, not on the day you want the money.
Step 4. Know what your balance is
Available to Withdraw is not your total sales. It is the money from delivered orders that has been released to you, less what you have already withdrawn. Money not yet released shows as Pending Settlements on the Finance Overview.
Step 5. Withdraw
Open Finance, then Withdrawals, and press Withdraw Funds. Leave Amount blank to take everything, or enter a smaller amount. Press Confirm Withdrawal.
With a verified account, a withdrawal of your full balance is also requested for you every Monday. The first withdrawal each week is free, and the Monday one counts. Any further one that week carries a fee. The dialog shows it and asks you to tick a box first.
Step 6. Follow it
Each withdrawal appears under Withdrawal History and moves through Requested, In Progress and Transferred. Payouts are handled by our team, so it is not instant. Once it is transferred, a receipt is available on the same row.
Common questions
Can I change my bank account later?
Yes, with Update. Only one account can be registered, and a change goes back to Pending Verification. You cannot withdraw until it is verified again, so do not change it just before you need a payout.
Why is my balance lower than my sales?
Orders that are not delivered yet are not in it, and neither are delivered orders still inside their waiting days. Fees are also taken off each order before it reaches your balance.
Why was my withdrawal refused?
The amount was more than your available balance, the bank account is not verified, or there is nothing to withdraw. The message says which. If our team rejects a withdrawal, the reason shows in Withdrawal History.
